Etsy Sale thru Sunday at NeededInTheHome

Hello Friend,

Well, we went from 58 degrees F here in Wisconsin to 20s with inches of snow within 24 hours.

We were busy doing homeschool today when we heard very loud thunder. The younger kids are calling it "thunder snow."

Household Changes

My two adult sons are talking about moving out together with another roomate, so that will be interesting.

I think it's easier on a Mama to have one move out at a time, but my big boys think I can handle it! Nope, but God will help me and then I will be fine.

So, then it will be my husband and I and the four kids ages 6 to 14 until our college daughter joins us in May.

A Sale In Our Etsy Shop...

We are having a 25% off sale on everything in the shop. We are still only shipping to the US due to tariff confusion that I don't have time to figure out, but if you are outside of the US, you may like our printables and tutorials. No code needed for this sale, but it ends on Sunday at midnight.

Handmade Kitchen Pot Holders & Dishcloths

A little-known fact about me: I absolutely love to crochet! I am crocheting these while watching a family movie with my large family. I crochet dish cloths when I am riding as a passenger in the car and when I am waiting for my kids at sports, church and club activities.

It is also my favorite way to spend my time on airplanes and in airports because I only have to make one cut of the yarn and I can do that with a travel approved clean fingernail clipper that I only use for yarn. I always have to be doing something with my hands and this gives me the perfect outlet. It is also rewarding because I can see what I have made in a matter of minutes!

It is a stress reliever and one of my favorite ways to relax. But, I do happen to make too many - so I need to unload some in my Etsy shop!

A Popular Printable This Month

Print this Basic Sticker Chart on cardstock paper right on your own printer. There are 35 boxes to work towards a goal. You can write a reward in several boxes on their progress journey or just write in the last one. Or leave it as is. The person being rewarded can place a sticker in each box along the way to their goal.

Designed by a homeschool mom of 8 (me), who knows that some of us do better seeing our progress visually, whether young or old! Here is an example of it's use in my blog post.

Thank you for looking at my shop. If you don't need anything, no worries, but I would love it if you hit the favorite "heart" on something as it helps my shop to show up higher in search results on Etsy. I appreciate that.

Have a joy filled day!
