Hello Friend,

Have you ever thought about how "less" can become "more"? Here are a few things for you to think about...

Less junk food, more nutrients.

Less car trips, more exercise.

Less sweets, more weight loss.

Less possessions, more space.

Less self-pity, more happiness.

Less presents, more appreciation.

Less waste, more conservation.

Less electronics (TV, computer, cell phone, etc.), more conversation.

Less complaining, more thankfulness.

Less sleep, more time in the day (maybe we should NOT take my advice on this one! laugh out loud)
