Valentine's cut out cookie recipe & Gnome Valentines

Published 3 months ago • 1 min read

Valentine's Day is tomorrow! Today, my four youngest kids and I will be doing homeschool and then making Valentine's Day cookies and writing Valentines to our friends and family members. We will seeing grandparents and our friends tomorrow at a homeschool bowling party during the daytime. In the evening, we will see my adult children and have a family game night.

It' so easy to join us today in making cookies and write on Valentines in your own home with your family! You could attach a cookie or two in a plastic zipper baggie to the little card and give them to your loved ones as well. When we give away cookies, we usually don't frost them to keep the mess down and save time in making so many.

We DO frost and add sprinkles to the ones we will eat at home. Except for one of my kids, who does not care for frosting.

Here is my blog post with the cookie recipe...

VALENTINE’S DAY SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE

Get my Gnome Valentines printable (no code needed) for only $1 and print as many as you want!

If you have someone really special in your life, you may want to gift them a mason jar mix with the gnome tag and baking instructions attached.

Hit reply and tell me what your family does for Valentine's Day. Do you trade Valentines and sweets? Do you go anywhere or stay home?

Have a joy filled day!

I don't know why, but January can seem a little tough as a Homeschool Mom. Trying to get kids back into the swing of things doesn't go as nicely as September when we are all excited for the new school year and what we will use for curriculum. I think all of us Homeschool Parents could use a little encouragement and maybe a few new ideas. (Not interested in homeschooling or activities to do with your kids? Just click HERE so I don't send you these offers. You will still get my recent blog...
