Hello Friend,

Are you having a great day so far? It's so cold here in Wisconsin, I woke up to a raw temp of -14 F with a "feels like -26 degrees with windchill" in addition to the snow we received over the weekend. Today, there are lots of vehicles not starting in our area.

I am concerned and praying for the people of Kentucky and surrounding areas this morning with all the crazy flooding and I heard there is cold weather heading that way too.

For exercise in our homeschool today, I am using the videos I recommend in the "Get Some Exercise" section of this post. I don't want to take the kids outside if I don't have to. I enjoy doing these with the kids too.
